At Royal Bikers, timely payments are essential to enable us to make and confirm the necessary arrangements for accommodation, motorcycles, transportation, support vehicles, permits, crew and other services associated with our motorcycle adventures.
By booking a trip with Royal Bikers, the participant agrees to comply with the payment schedule and terms communicated at the time of booking.
1. Payment Due Dates
All participants are required to make their payments, including the balance payment, by the due dates specified in their booking confirmation, invoice or other official communication from Royal Bikers.
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that payments are made on time.
2. Delay or Failure to Make Payment
If a participant fails to make any payment by the specified due date, Royal Bikers reserves the right to issue reminders and request immediate settlement of the outstanding amount.
Any extension or additional time granted by Royal Bikers for payment should not be considered a waiver of our right to cancel the participant’s booking in the event of continued non-payment.
3. Final Payment Notice
In the event that a participant fails to clear an outstanding payment despite reminders, Royal Bikers reserves the right to issue a final payment notice.
The participant may be given a specific period, as mentioned in the final communication, to clear the outstanding amount. If the payment is not received in full within the specified timeframe, Royal Bikers reserves the right to cancel the participant’s booking without any further notice.
4. Cancellation Due to Non-Payment
If a participant’s booking is cancelled due to failure to make the required payment within the specified deadline, the cancellation will be treated as a cancellation initiated due to the participant’s failure to comply with the agreed payment terms.
Royal Bikers reserves the right to release or reallocate any services, accommodation, motorcycles or other arrangements that were provisionally or previously reserved for the participant.
5. Refund and Forfeiture of Amounts Paid
In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, any amount already paid by the participant will be subject to the applicable cancellation and refund terms under the Royal Bikers Refund Policy.
Depending on the date of cancellation and the applicable cancellation period, the participant may be liable for cancellation charges of up to 100% of the total trip cost.
Where the applicable cancellation policy provides for no refund, the amount already paid by the participant will be forfeited.
Participants are strongly advised to review our complete Refund Policy before making a booking.
6. No Obligation to Extend Payment Deadlines
Royal Bikers is under no obligation to extend payment deadlines. Any decision to provide an extension will be made solely at the discretion of Royal Bikers and will be subject to operational requirements and the availability of trip-related services.
Repeated reminders or previous extensions provided by Royal Bikers do not create an obligation to grant further extensions.
7. Reinstatement of Cancelled Bookings
Once a booking has been cancelled due to non-payment, reinstatement of the booking will be subject to availability and the sole discretion of Royal Bikers.
Royal Bikers cannot guarantee the availability of the same accommodation, motorcycle, services or trip arrangements if a cancelled booking is reinstated at a later date.
8. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all payments are received by Royal Bikers within the specified deadlines. Any delay caused by banks, payment providers, currency transfers or other third parties will not automatically exempt the participant from the applicable payment deadlines.
9. Right to Modify
Royal Bikers reserves the right to amend or update this Payment Default and Cancellation Policy at any time. The policy applicable to a participant’s booking will generally be determined by the terms and conditions applicable at the time of their booking, unless otherwise communicated.
