Day 1

  • Highlights:
    • Arrival: Arrive in Delhi and check into your hotel.
    • Optional Sightseeing: If time permits, visit some notable sites like India Gate, Qutub Minar, or Humayun’s Tomb.
    • Preparation: Meet with your tour crew, review the itinerary, inspect your motorcycle, and ensure you have all the gear and documents needed.

  • Route: Delhi → Ambala → Shimla → Narkanda
  • Morning:

    • Highway Ride: Travel via NH44 through Karnal and Ambala, and then connect with NH5 for a more scenic drive through Shimla’s forested surroundings.
  • Afternoon:
    • Lunch in Shimla: Stop for lunch in Shimla or a nearby dhaba (roadside eatery) along the route.
    • Continue to Narkanda: The road from Shimla to Narkanda is picturesque, with winding roads through dense forests of pine and deodar.

    • Arrival in Narkanda: Known for its apple orchards and snow-capped views, Narkanda offers a peaceful escape from the bustling plains.
