Free Motorcycle Tour Contest – Terms & Conditions

Contest Prize

• Grand Prize: A free guided motorcycle tour of RAJASTHAN valued at £2940, including all benefits available to our paid customers.
• Upgrade Option: The winner may upgrade to any other tour organized in India. If the cost exceeds £2940, the winner will pay the difference.

1. Eligibility

• The contest is open only to visitors attending ABR Festival 2026.
• Participants must not be owners, employees, representatives, or close relatives of any organization that organizes motorcycle tours.
• The contest is exclusive to individuals who have not booked any tour with Royal Bikers before ABR Festival 2026.
• Participants must have a valid motorcycle driving license while entering the contest.
• Only one entry per participant is allowed – duplicate entries will be disqualified.

2. How to Enter

• Complete the official contest entry form (Contest Entry Form Link) online or at the Royal Bikers stand (Stand XX) at ABR Festival 2026.
• Ensure all details provided are accurate and valid.
• Upon successful submission and validation, participants will receive a Unique Validation Code via email. [Check inbox (& spam box) for email from info@royalbikers.com]
• To validate their presence at the festival, participants need to click a photograph at the Royal Bikers stand & post it on Social Media tagging Royal Bikers.

3. Contest Rules

• Keep the unique validation code safe as it will be required to claim the prize.
• Participants who submit multiple entries can be disqualified.
• Entries that do not meet eligibility criteria or contain incorrect/incomplete details will be invalid.
• Participants must visit the Royal Bikers stand (# XX) at ABR Festival 2026 to validate their presence.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement

• The winner will be randomly selected from successfully validated entries.
• Winner's name will be announced on Royal Bikers' social pages on 30th July 2026.
• The winner must present their unique validation code to claim the prize.

5. Prize Details & Redemption

• The lucky winner will be eligible to join a fully guided motorcycle tour to Rajasthan. Tour details inclusions/exclusions are available on our official website (Tour Details).
• If the winner wishes to upgrade or book a different tour, they may request it in advance. If slots are available, they can pay the difference to secure the booking.
• The prize includes a twin-sharing room to ensure a comfortable stay.
• If the situation arises where the winner is required to avail a room in single occupancy, he/she would be required to pay for the single room supplement.
• The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

6. Additional Terms & Conditions

• The contest is exclusively for ABR Festival 2026 attendees. Proof of festival entry needs to be validated by visiting the Royal Bikers Stand & taking a picture.
• To enter, participants must complete the entry form and validate their participation at the stand. The winner will be announced via a lucky draw after the festival.
• The contest does not apply to family, staff, or associates of organizations offering similar services.
• The tour must be booked within 30 days of the winner's announcement and completed by Mar 30, 2027.
• The tour dates on our website are fixed and cannot be altered. If cancellation occurs due to unforeseen circumstances, the next eligible tour will be offered.
• In case of any dispute, Royal Bikers management reserves the final decision, which must be accepted by the winner.
• Contestants must read and accept the full tour Terms & Conditions. The winner will be required to sign and submit agreement before the tour.
