In case of cancellation / No Show by a customer after confirmation of the booking, a Cancellation fee / No show fee will be levied on the booking irrespective of the circumstances, in the following manner :
No. of days prior to the commencement of the tour. Applicable Cancellation/ No show fee
45 days 10% of the total fee
31-45 days 25% of the total fee
16-30 days 50% of the total fee
0-15 days prior or No-show 100% of the total fee
The refund will be initiated within 20 working days from the receipt of cancellation request over email from the Customer provided all the required details for disbursal of the refund are provided over the email: info@royalbikers.com. No other mode of communicating a cancellation is valid.
