Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our cancellation and refund process as straightforward as possible for our valued customers. Below are the details of our refund policy for cancellations made after booking a motorcycle road trip with us.

Cancellation and Refund Schedule:

  1. Cancellations Made 45 Days or More Before the Trip Start Date
    • Refund Amount: 90% of the total fee paid.
    • Cancellation Fee: 10% of the total fee.
  2. Cancellations Made 31 to 45 Days Before the Trip Start Date
    • Refund Amount: 75% of the total fee paid.
    • Cancellation Fee: 25% of the total fee.
  3. Cancellations Made 16 to 30 Days Before the Trip Start Date
    • Refund Amount: 50% of the total fee paid.
    • Cancellation Fee: 50% of the total fee.
  4. Cancellations Made 0 to 15 Days Before the Trip Start Date, or in Case of No-Show
    • Refund Amount: No refund will be provided.
    • Cancellation Fee: 100% of the total fee.

Important Notes:

  • Refund Initiation: Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation over the email info@royalbikers.com.
  • Refund Timeline: It may take up to 15 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s bank account, depending on the bank’s processing time.
  • No Show Policy: If a customer fails to arrive on the scheduled start date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
